Delete your Numtrek data

What we store
Numtrek has no accounts. Your game progress (levels completed, stars and best times) is stored on our server under a random anonymous player ID created on your device. We store no name, email or other personal details.
How to request deletion
- Open Numtrek and tap the ⚙️ Settings button on the home screen.
- At the bottom, tap Player ID to copy it.
- Email 29albayram@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Numtrek data” and paste your Player ID.
We delete the progress stored under that ID within 30 days and confirm by email. Uninstalling the app also removes the ID from your device.
What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted: all game progress linked to your Player ID (levels, stars, times).
- Kept: nothing — we keep no backup of deleted progress.
- Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled by Google; you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Install and level events sent to Meta to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads are handled by Meta; you can review and clear them in Accounts Center → Your activity off Meta technologies.
